Abstract

º» ¿¬±¸´Â ¸ÂÃãÇü Áö´ëÁÖ (custom abutment) ¼³°è ½Ã CAD ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ³»¿¡¼­ ¼±ÅÃµÈ ¼ö·Å °¢ ±×¸®°í °î·ü ¹Ý°æ °ª »ç¿ë¿¡ µû¸¥ °¡°ø Á¤È®µµ¸¦ Æò°¡ÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù. Ä¡°ú¿ë CAD¸¦ ±â¹ÝÀ¸·Î 10°³ÀÇ ¸ÂÃãÇü Áö´ëÁÖ¸¦ ¼³°èÇÏ¿´´Ù. Á¦ÀÛµÈ ¸ÂÃãÇü Áö´ëÁÖ¸¦ Á¤¹Ð Á¢ÃË½Ä ½ºÄ³³Ê¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÇÑ °³ÀÇ ½ÃÆíÀ» 10ȸ ¹Ýº¹ ½ºÄµÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ºÄµ µÈ ¸ÂÃãÇü Áö´ëÁÖÀÇ µ¥ÀÌÅÍ´Â ¡°Test STL¡± ÆÄÀÏ·Î ÁöÁ¤ÇÏ¿© ÀúÀåÇÏ¿´´Ù. Geomagic studio ¼ÒÇÁÆ®¿þ¾î¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© °¢ ¡°Test STL¡± ÆÄÀÏ°ú µ¿¸í ¹øÈ£·Î ÁöÁ¤ÇÏ¿© ÀúÀåµÈ CAD-reference-model STL ÆÄÀÏ (CRM)°ú ÁßøÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ÇÇè °á°ú¿¡¼­ A8 ±º(¼ö·Å °¢ 8¡Æ) ±ºÀº A4 ±º(¼ö·Å °¢ 4¡Æ) º¸´Ù ³·Àº ¿ÀÂ÷ ¼öÄ¡¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, °î·ü ¹Ý°æ °ªÀÌ ³ôÀ» ¼ö·Ï ¸ÂÃãÇü Áö´ëÁÖÀÇ Top ±×¸®°í chamfer ºÎÀ§¿¡ ¿ÀÂ÷°¡ Àû°Ô ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù(p< 0.05). ÀüüÀûÀ¸·Î, ¸ÂÃãÇü Áö´ëÁÖ ¼³°è ½Ã °î·ü ¹Ý°æ °ªÀº °¡°ø Á¤È®µµ¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

This study evaluates the machining accuracy of the custom abutment design according to the selected convergence angle and radius of curvature value in the CAD program. Ten custom abutments were designed based on dental CAD. And then, the fabricated custom abutment was scanned ten times using a contact scanner. The data of the scanned custom abutment was saved as ¡°Test STL¡± file. The Geomagic studio software was used to superposition each exported as an ¡°Test STL¡± file with the CAD-reference-model STL file (CRM) specified by the same name. In the experimental results, the A8 group (convergence angle 8¡Æ) showed lower error than the A4 group (convergence angle 4¡Æ) . In addition, the higher the radius of curvature, the less error in the top and chamfer regions of the custom abutment (p< 0.05). Overall, the convergence angle and radius of curvature value in the custom abutment design were found to affect the machining accuracy.
